Our Wildcrafted and sun-dried African Sea Moss is a tasteless mineral-rich sea vegetable that contains up to 99 of the 102 organic minerals that makes up the human body. This is a full spectrum batch which may contain red, green, and golden sea moss.
HOW TO USE:

RINSE: Our Sea Moss is wildcrafted and will contain salt, sand, and other natural sea elements. Be sure to rinse thoroughly.

CLEAN: After rinsing, clean the moss.

SOAK: Soak in spring water, Alkaline water, or filtered water for 12 hours. Remember to keep all sea moss under the water. Avoid soaking in tap (faucet) water.

GELS: Once the sea moss is soaked, add to blender to make gel. To make gel; add to blender RATIO: (2:1 ratio) 2 part cleaned & soaked sea moss : 1 part water ratio-- blend until smooth pudding texture (blend for 30 seconds-2 minutes)

Raw sea moss can have a long expiration date depending on 2 main conditions: the moisture level around the sea moss and the temperature. If your sea moss is raw and dry and is stored in the refrigerator or in an environment with less than 40% moisture, it can last for 6-12 months.
Put it like this, it's best to only soak your sea moss in the water you drink. If not that, your sea moss will be tasting like the water you don't like to drink.
