Raw and Unfiltered East African Wild Crafted and Sun-Dried Sea moss

The Most Affordable Sea Food That You Can Include In Your Daily Diet

If someone had told us a few years ago that Sea Moss would have become a trending food, we would have told them to throw away the crystal ball that made this prediction. But here we are in 2021 with Sea Moss a very popular supplement. The world is facing a pandemic, and a lot more content on sea moss exists for the plant-based consumer and those who want to improve their health and lifestyle and find the most affordable healthy foods to include in their dietary plans.

You may have heard of the ‘Irish Potato Famine’ in the 1800s - a period of great hunger where many starved and became so desperate for food that they started to eat the algae which were on the rocks. The Irish thought they were only feeding their bodies enough not to die, but what they didn’t know was that they were providing themselves more nutrients than they would have gotten from a potato-based meal!

So, here are two facts that we are sure you know only one of:

Fact 1: The human body consists of 102 minerals.

Fact 2:  Irish Moss contains 92 of them.

But, don’t be confused by our story. Sea moss is not found only in Ireland. There are parts of East Africa where this magical sea’cret is harvested.

The Raw Wildcrafted African Sea Moss is one of the most potent algae in the world as it contains powerful healing energy and has many benefits for your skin, hair, gut health and more.

Health Benefits of African Wild Crafted Sea Moss

Digestion

Sea moss, like chia seeds, aloe, and okra, is a mucilaginous food. Because of its jelly-like texture it is used as a great healing and soothing agent for mucus membranes in the body, including digestive systems.

Thyroid Function

Wildcrafted sea moss contains concentrated iodine, which your thyroid uses to make hormones that regulate your metabolism, digestion and moods.

Energy

Sea moss contains a rich amount of riboflavin (B2) and folate (B9). Riboflavin is required to break down carbs, fats and proteins capitalizing on the energy stored in food to boost energy levels.

Skin Nourishing

Sea moss is rich in sulfur which can help with skin conditions from eczema to psoriasis. Due to its vitamin and mineral-packed gelatin-like quality, many people use sea moss masks to soothe skin conditions, burns and dermatitis. Studies have shown that citrulline–arginine, a compound found in sea moss, can improve cell growth and metabolism.

Emotional Health and Well-being

Sea moss is rich in Potassium and Magnesium, which are excellent mental health and mood boosters.  Both minerals play a crucial role in brain function, and when we are low on either, we might feel crankier than usual. Some research indicates that sea moss may protect brain tissue from degeneration and Parkinson's disease.

Immune Support

Sea moss is also high in Vitamin C, rich in amino acids and antioxidants, which help boost the immune system and a host of antiviral and antimicrobial agents. These nutrients can help you fight or ward off infections and could be the only remedy you need during the cold and flu season.
